This demonstration version of Address Book Plus is limited to 25 entries in any single document (file). Given this single limitation, this demonstration application is fully functional; You can use it to enter, sort, select, view, and print in any format any or all of your entries. We have included two layout libraries (collections of predefined layouts) for Avery labels and some popular address book organizer paper. This demonstration version does not include the Address Book Plus Desk Accessory.

Installation:
A Macintosh Plus or later with at least one megabyte of memory and System 6.0.2 or later is required. A hard disk is not necessary to use the demonstration application.
To install this demonstration version of Address Book Plus onto your hard disk, create an application folder on your hard disk and copy the application "Address Book Plus™ 2.0 Demo" to your new application folder. Next, run the application by double clicking the application icon - Address Book Plus automatically creates the necessary preference folders and files in your system folder.
Using On Line Help and The Layout Libraries:
Before using the on line help and/or layout libraries, copy the file "Address Book Help" to the folder "Preferences:Power Up:Address Book Plus:" and copy the files "Avery Stock" and "Address Books" to the folder "Preferences:Power Up:Address Book Plus:Layout Library".
To use on line help, select Help… from the Apple menu while the application is running.
To use the layout libraries, select Define Layouts… from the Layout menu. Click the Layout Library… button on the Define Layouts dialog box. You will now see the Layout Library dialog box with the currently installed layout libraries displayed in the left list. Click on any layout library in the left list to see the available layouts in the right list. Select the layouts in the right list that you want to install by clicking them; When you have selected all of the layouts you want installed, click the Install button to include them in your document. To view or print one of the installed layouts, select the desired layout name from the Layout hierarchical menu in the Layout menu.
